WiLb Series 2006 - 2009

Mixed-media collage on paper, bringing chance-based mark-making together with found images, texts and materials. These elements were 'found' in the sense of ‘appearing’ within my everyday rather than being sought out or selected. The series is a kind of journal, reflecting daily processes and occurrences across my worktable, in my path and on my doorstep. Each WiLb* took weeks or months to 'arrive' and is titled by the date of its framing. WiLbs tended to gather as couples or triptychs over time. 43cm x 43cm
