Delighted that one of my drawings has been accepted into the New Hall Women's Art Collection at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge.

It was created in June 2015 in response to the Persian Ironwood tree planted by Horace Darwin (Charles Darwin Darwin's son and a pioneer Cambridge Tech entrepreneur in his own right) in what is now the Murray Edward's College Fellows' Garden.  The tree's coloration especially in autumn inspired the choice of colours used in the drawing of 77 "circles" for each year of Horace's life > more about this drawing here
